Then erm, if have to use crypto wallet to hold yr coins/crypto, I see online is recommend metamask but it don't support all types e.g. have to use phantom for solana... having multiple wallets is ok correct?

recently i see all the crypto massive dive cause something to do with USA going to increase interest rates? i see many experts also using those trading charts or excel sheets. issit a must to do that also? got ppl advise to the matt damon site which was hacked recently to buy from there instead.
