Started work as a fresh overseas grad in 2004 in one of the local banks. Starting pay was $2,350 in database marketing department. Been through couple of banks. Current pay now is $5,800 with average bonus of about 4 months. Pay is nothing fantastic compared to the many here who I read have annual pay of >$100k. I'm staisfied with what I'm getting though.
