Politics is existent everywhere, even in
DSTA. But in it, it's less lethal and happens less frequently. It's not so much backstabbing. More of "see you buay song" kind of politics but within your own entity, politics seldom is a problem.
Workload is dependent on which entity you are in. In the ones that work closely with the army and recently, Cybersecurity, their workload is more xiong...but compared to outside, you can still take things slow and learn in a pace which you'll probably get kicked out if you are working outside.
