Staying relevant or staying current? If staying relevant then you want to be in a company that invests in your training/ojt while giving you lots of opportunities for exposure to deepen knowledge (ie larger specialist companies). If staying current, public sector would do, but go for those agencies that hv more interactions with other agencies/international bodies. Don't expect to stay relevant in public service esp if you are looking to stay long term although the experience can be useful for cv building.
