Im currently in a statboard, my grades for the past years as below.
Grad with second lower honours from NTU, in 2013 july.

2014- mx12- 4/8 (default grade) pay 3.8k
2015- mx12- 5/8 (got a promotion within the grade) pay 4.2k
2016-mx11-6/8 pay 4.9k
2017-mx11-4/8 (default grade after getting a promotion) pay 5.2k

Am going for selection for singapore prisons soon. Do uniformed services match pay or am I gonna get a pay cut?
Not sure if its wise to join uniformed services, lower rank than peers, potentially lower pay also?

Can anyone advise?
