my plan is not to be an engineer for life. I only started as one because i think it will add alot of value when i eventually move into a management role.
May I know what role are u doing now ? Thinking join Keppel FELS as commisioning engineer (fyi, I'm graduate from NUS with B.Technology in Mechanical Engg 3 years ago but have about 9yrs of relevant experiences). Any advise or comments ? If accepted, hope to rise to superintendent in 5 yrs time which I expect gross salary of $7000/mth excude bonus, possible ?

Thank you
