Jus got promoted in grade (ASP 1 to ASP 2) last yr and this yr's pb is a C, 2.25mth. Disappointed much. Took many cases, cleared those cases faster than others but "rewarded" in such a way. Also gave talks during the whole year. Was expecting at least a C+. So... being hardworking doesn't pay off.
