Just take. It is around there. You cant negotiate with the govt really.
Just wait until you get emplaced to get another salary jump in a year or two.
Market rate govt for ministry grad female 1st class is 3.4 to 3.5k. You plus
NS u get 3.7k. Take it or leave it.
