Pay scale for ARCH (masters) varies based on firms. Smaller firms pay less, larger more for a fresh grad ranging 3.0 to 3.8k depending on economic conditions.(2014-6)
Civil commands slightly lower starting pay as it is a shorter Bac/Hons course. 3-4yrs compared to 5 yrs arch. Increment for engineers are slower even though starting pay is pretty decent.
Best to work on client end - PM and FM. which has better benefits and shorter work hours if you're considering built industry.
