Thanks for your advice and reminder.. Yea true, I understand a little on how that works during my two years of
NS haha.. some are just stagnant while some are just waiting and waiting for that promotion vacancy that never arrives on a first come first serve basis or base on merit.. while scholar are flying like a rocket, before u know it, they are already at the top haha
