Hi there, i admire your attitude and willingness to work hard and prove yourself. in theory yes you can promote to DX8 DX9 in the future, but that also depends on time and space (every dept/unit has a fixed amount of people they can recruit, they cant just hire more just because they like it or want more manpower.)
However, in reality, your cert still determines alot of your path. and its not just 'a few more years', its alot more. welcome to the civil service.
