Agree. The skill sets and experience you get at
DSTA may not be really transferable beyond ST companies. You will do more project management than anything, but not that type of project management people in the private sector do. It's more of "paper" project management. That is also why
DSTA pays a lot for starting salary. People there reach a plateau fast after 4 - 6 years, but are unwilling to work elsewhere for lower salary. That's how they "sucked" you in and attempt to keep you there.
