It depends on where you are placed, which in turn depends on your interview performance.
A BS/BA holder (no MBA) with 3-year experience is typically placed at the senior analyst level. At this level, the base salary is around S$120-150K.
If you are placed at a junior associate level (this is the same level as newly minted MBAs), the base salary is around S$150-180K.
The above figures are a few years old, so if others have more recent figures, please contribute. But be mindful that this is not a moderated forum, so a lot of chatters.
Bonus at the analyst and associate levels rarely goes beyond 20-30% of base. Even at manager and principal levels, it rarely goes beyond 40-50%.

Yea, that's my understanding of
MBB rates as well. I would have thought having some years of experience in the bag they would have offered at least 150k base with another 50k variable. I think guy above seriously short changed.
