Bro/Sis, did you just get converted to perm? I was converted to perm last year and my increment was also same as yours. With 3 weeks bonus. Their reason is because just convert, they treat you as newly joined staff... Sibei lame reason.
I left shortly after.. and yes, they keep sending email say the bosses get how many million bonus...
