I bought guaranteed
COE 2mth ago and yesterday was the last confirmed bid.
The sales guy said didn't get and it is off-bid and told me they will sure bid 2 weeks later.
I wonder what legal action and compensation can I take.
Guaranteed does not mean 100%.
Anybody can advice?
Btw, it is thru a PI which is of good standing and not those fly by night type.

COE prices will continue to rise. If you bought with GUARANTEED COE, then good for you. I said many times buy with GUARANTEED COE because COE prices is on an uptrend.
