Good luck for all those sub contractor. I have been under NCS direct contract for more than 3 years before I call that 'converted to perm' utter BS.

I have performed well beyond my duty - got appraisal from coworkers and direct report and yet never gotten my perm status - permanently on contract maybe.

The direct blow was when they convert by contract from 2 years to 1 years to 6 months.
