Requirements:- Able to handle measuring instrument and read technical drawing
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Able to communicate effectively on all levels with good management and leadership skills
- Able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
- Able to think strategically
- NITEC/ITC/Diploma in any Engineering related discipline
- Perform all First Article inspection for all machining products
- Randomly inspect selected critical dimensions at machining center
- Provide inspection training to machinist
- Able to perform rotating shifts
- Help to motivate build quantity concept to all machinists
- Able to speak Mandarin is mandatory for this position
