It's better not to work in a SME, even if it's
SGX listed.
Pay isn't attractive, increment is in the low $50-$1xx range, bonuses nothing to shout about.
Progression is limited as company is small.
Bosses tend to be cheapskate, no company dinners or welfare benefits.
When economy goes down, very fast to lay people off as boss cannot afford to lose money.
Long working hours as the boss tend to overwork the staff to save on hiring more people.
