Hello, this is very real in the practical world. Due to the difficulties in Uni, private or local institutions, uni grade is certainly higher and investment in education will pay off albeit not much at the initial phase.
And yes, kindly ignore the variance between private and local. It's up to your performance and how smart you work in the industry.
