Many Singaporeans already doing this. Our
HDB flats are our assets. But we need FTs to rent our flats. We must encourage more FTs to come here so that we can rent out our flats so we can retire in JB.
You don't need millions of dollars to retire. Just your
HDB flat and
CPF Life.
Don't be like people who have millions but scared to retire. They retire at 70 and then die at 75. All their millions will be left behind and their children will fight each other to get the millions. So many stories in the news. LOL.
