Be careful of your stress level. If it is too high, it can lead to depression. If your current job is too stressful, get a less stressful job. You also have the option to retire in a cheaper country such as Malaysia and Thailand. Your condo is your assets for retirement. If it is valued at S$2m and if you sell it can convert to RM, you will get RM6m. You will be among the top richest person in Malaysia if you have RM6m.
