As a diploma holder (or advanced diploma), you'll just be a Junior Officer (meaning NCO grade or Specialist scheme, as they call it).
A buddy of mine whom applied as ICA Senior Officer scheme and his highest qualification that he has attained is Advanced Diploma. They contacted him said that his application is still in process. So, I'm confused.
