Nah i am only 27, slowly building up my wealth and hope to get my first condo (downpayment) before i hit 30. And typo should be wife to be hahaha. Then ard 38 years old hoot another 2 or 3 bedroom (under my wife name). Then 48 years old hoot another two bedroom. Then after that pay until 50+ then my rental will cover my debt liao. Then work until 60+ when all condo fully paid then song liao. By tat time if no one rent, then sell it for profit if got ppl rent then collect rental as passive income.
