Yes. On average, most will get about 2 months. The better performers get 3 months+ and best performers should be 4 months+
The performance grading is from 1 to 5 where 1 is the best and 5 is the poorest. The earlier post on ppl in
ncs getting 1 month; those are probably graded 4 which is considered below the average.
