Problem is
NCS & STE basic is very low, most of us depend on the bonus (last time was ~3 months) to top up and at least not so bad annually. Now they keep dropping the bonus this year cannot even get 2 months unless good performer the whole package is dropping every year. This year I get 4% increase then they cut another 1 month in bonus end up total pay keeps dropping!!!
