you are approaching the wrong group. the person who every year rewarded with very high pb, normally are busily licking their boss feet n won't be here worrying about what mid year bonus. these are the ppl who take away other ppl chance of being getting reward for their good work. there is nothing we can do but to hope there are better bonuses for ppl in lower division.
