I am fresh grad from NTU engineering (2nd lower)

What should be the yearly package to expect for first job?
Maybe top tier = defense/finance related (DSTA/MAS)

Monthly 3.4K, 16 months = 55K PA?
How will the career progression be like for the next few years?
