Will it affect my negotiation power? Should I let recruiter know if I have quit?
What is the mkt rate now?
Can I still ask for increment (how much) in new role? Or should I lower my expected salary (by how much)?
Thanks.
To me, there's nothing wrong to take a break before looking for a new career. Also, you have strong experience. Do not lower your salary expectation. Do not get low balled. If organization wants to invest in you, they would even pay you from 10 to 20'% more.
