The
COE system need to collect funds for developing our roads and
MRT system, so not likely that prices will fall further. Anyway we have too many cars on the road. It takes more than an hour to travel just a few kilometers during peak hours. This is one factor contributing to lower productivity. The number of COEs should be scaled back.
