Job Description

• Attend incoming email and phone enquiries from new and existing customers
• Provide accurate information related with products and services
• Update system with relevant data, escalate queries to relevant departments
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC / ‘O’ Levels / 'N' Levels
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Positive working attitude
• Working knowledge in MS Office
