Anyone knows how is the job grade comparison between GLC and MNC ?
Is all GLC follows E1,E2 then M1-6 and G1-3 grading system?
M4 being the benchmark of getting performance bonus?

While in MNC is either grade 10 to 1 or grade 1-10 then L to A?

Just curious how to make comparison between the job grade.
