I feel the numbers a bit too exaggerated. There's lots of salary guides published by recruiters and u can use it as reference.
Anyway the figures below are based on my own experience:
Analyst/Officer/Associate 40k-60k
AVP 60k-120k
VP 120k-180k
D 180k-240k
MD 240k+
