Hi there, yes. I was called up and attended the interview for the recent job posting of a CPIO. My status in careers@gov has also been changed to "shortlisted".

I have googled elsewhere and briefly in the forums, they shared that "shortlisted" just means that you have been called for the interview.

What we are looking for exactly is "Offered".
