Your family income is quite high actually. The median household income in Spore is about $94k. HDB flats. You can clear your mortgage fast and save for retirement. Just make sure you don't gamble, smoke, drink, womanize nor sodomize. These will drain your money away in losses, divorces, STDs and AIDs medical treatment.
