it just my old school mindset, I am not good at motivating without proper authority.
In the
SAF, as long as u are higher in rank it is that much easier to delegate work. In the private sector, unless u are the boss or the manager i will find it difficult. I dread having to do it in the future.
In a way u can put it as hiding behind the rank.
