Hotel Asset/Performance Management
I have been in the Hospitality industry since 2010 and have worked as a business analyst (doing management reporting mainly and any additional ad hoc reporting for the property), an assistant revenue manager and am currently now an assistant financial controller (for 8 mounts and counting).
I personally feel that i am not up for doing operational finance work (given my lack of academic background in accountancy) and wish to return to a more analytical role, preferably in in an asset/performance management capacity though i am uncertain as to how about to get to that point and whether my short experience in the industry would be sufficient to take up roles in asset/performance management (i am perfectly fine with starting from the bottom).
Would like to try my luck in asking here since the Hospitality industry is not the most exciting industry :|
