from what i gathered, ppl under the graduate award (which i assume you're under), may not necessarily be posted only to mohh. there are ppl already serving their bond in
moh hq.
how different do you expect things to to be, knowing if it's a scholarship or a sponsorship?
i would expect you to be put in a pay scale similar to a degree fresh grad, except a little more since you have a masters.
