As trainee in the CAReer program, you will get to know Daimler within 15 to 18 months. You will pass through various functional areas within the corporation, take part in training modules abroad and build up your personal network.

1. Trainee for Project Management Office, Planning and Governance in IT Infrastructure department, Singapore

Your main role is to manage the regional Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) function. You will also be assigned to manage and perform the PMO function for a work package of a big scale top down global project from Headquarter.

-You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business Studies, Business Informatics or Information Technology with an above-average grade (Ideally Master’s degree. If you have a Bachelor’s degree you should be able to show at least 6 months’ of relevant work experience.)
-You have obtained several months of experience abroad.

2. Trainee for Digital Transformation Management, Singapore

You will be required to be consultants to our business partners, work with digital teams to develop roadmap for technical innovation, proactively monitor, drive and evaluate the progress of digital stabilization and transformation.

-You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business Studies or Informatics, Economics, Industrial, Business or Software Engineering, International Management, Information Technology or Computer Science with an above-average grade (Ideally Master’s degree. If you have a Bachelor’s degree you should be able to show at least 6 months’ of relevant work experience.)
-You have obtained several months of experience abroad.

3. Trainee for Human Resource Projects at the Regional Office in Singapore

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR for the Regional Office, based in Singapore, in coordinating and tracking the HR strategic initiatives and activities, and provide general communication for HR amongst the Senior Leadership Team.

-You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business & Economics, Business Studies, International Management, Psychology or Social sciences with an above-average grade (Ideally Master’s degree. If you have a Bachelor’s degree, you should be able to show at least 6 months’ of relevant work experience.)
-You have obtained several months of experience abroad.
