This could probably due to higher expenses in Real Estate business being declared. There are larger number of Real Estate people than the Financial People also play a part where more people succeed in Financial Industry than in Real Estate can be also true from the figure shown. Just my personal observation over the past 10 years as I’m particularly interested in this two industries.
