Comes from the future. I see a lot of young couples taking up loans here loans there... Buy $600k flat, but $120k cheong car.
If nothing goes wrong, both husband and wife manage to continue holding on to their decent paying jobs... then okay lah...
The way I look at it, maybe a few years down the road, we will have our own version of the sub prime crisis...
