For the government sector, psychologists are categorised under management executive scheme.
Pay for guys range from 3200 - 3400 (depends on class of honours) http://www.spf.gov.sg/career/co_mgtexec.htm.

Also, a prof once told me the pay is generally highest at IMH and Mindef. Psychologists at hospitals also dun get as much as those working in government.

For positions at VWOs (voluntary welfare organisations)I believe the pay should be much lower..
