It depends. If economists everywhere screaming meltdown, I would not go in anymore. May even consider cut loss. But if nothing changes from the current situation and the market just decline some more, I would take the opportunity to accumulate some more stocks and average down at the same time.

Looking at the blue chip companies, many will survive the current uncertainty and continue to dish out good dividends. I think they make good investments allowing your money to keep up with inflation.
