we can be earning 100k, and be putting in 8-10 hours of work...

i own f&b businesses, when i started i work 12-14hrs daily, but now i have chain of them, and workers and system in place, i barely appear at my shops..

i'm making 90k+ much much lesser than many people, but i do have lots of time to do other stuffs which i personally feel is more balanced..
