Have you factored in your 3 month bonus while calculating 4.3K salary? It is above median considering your age (i assume you are 28 or 29 year old) and you have 2 year experience only.
Whether you are top 25%, top 10%, it will be much better to compare yourself against your own field - if you are in Banking side, it will be average, but if engineering sector, you are above average.
