3K not enough for you - when you are engineer?
Engineers in Singapore having it tough. 3K seems like a decent starting pay. There are tons of people making 2+ in their first.

Singtel if 3.5K, that is seriously not bad.

And reject to go ST?
From what I hear, ST pay is not that competitive, like 2+K starting.
