i feel this is a poor indicator as it seems very easily distorted. based on average monthly income of 35k for private properties less montly expenses say half u get around 12k cash after
cpf deduction. assume u dump everything to property, i think it still takes 15 yrs to get a simple landed property.
dont think that is reflective of the state of landed property owners in sg
