What you talking about? The posted salaries on the ministry website are without the
ns component because obviously(unfortunately) not everyone does
ns.
There are some Subject Head etc. allowances but it shouldn't be too far off from the posted numbers. If you're talking about ballpark figures we have a very narrow band and small ballpark to begin with here.

SEO1: 5184-8316
SEO1A1: 7236-9288
SEO1A2: 8748-11232
SEO is for HOD and above.
Most teachers retire at the GEO1A3 grade.
