1. They usually only reply online to their own people, when I message them they never reply one
2. when we explain thing to them, they like cannot understand, when another south asian people explain the issue to them in their own language, they suddenly can understand...wtf
3. stay very very late in office, I think they work IST time, once they come, they put on headset and join many meeting. Message them they dun reply
4. Always bring their own food and microwave, then start to talk in their own language
As there are more and more people from south asian, some project decided to offshore
