Patients don’t look at your qualifications they go to doctor that they trust. U see those old timer GP with MBBS only out earning those fresh faces FP docs with a MMED..
GP market is tough. You won’t be poor but don’t expect your salary to SCALE like a specialist.

It's ok lah 180k not bad already. There will always be someone earning more. Top bankers > top lawyers > top tech talent > top surgeons > every other professionals. Healthcare is 4th so there'll be many more earning higher
