Hi how do you suggest navigating away from an unfavourable ref check?

Background: left a company as it was a sinking ship with alot of politics. I was part of collateral and caught in the cross fire and decided to leave before I was axed. Coy was obviously not happy that I left and have since gave unfair ref check. I have had 6 offers recinded after verbal and email offer. I have cleared g50 and medical as well.

The rejection comes after the hiring hr ask for previous hr contact for reference check and usually within 3-5 days will get rejected. I do not and never have bad mouth this coy during interview but wondering how to avoid getting this instead.
